| Why do I appear to be a student and a parent? |

The person who subscribes to the program automatically becomes a parent and a student. This is due to the fact that our program is often purchased by grandparents for use by their children and grandchildren. Because of this the subscriber automatically has access to both areas but this account is not included in the 5 student and 2 parent accounts. |
