Access to the MyHomeTutor Customer Support team, and direct email access to a teacher when required.

MyHomeTutor provides immediate online response from the Customer Support team via email. Where necessary, a Customer Support person will respond by telephone.

MyHomeTutor also provides direct email access to a program teacher, allowing both students and parents the opportunity to ask any question about the program, studies or even their homework in relation to mathematics and English grammar.

For busy parents who may not have a lot of time to check and see how their children are progressing, the system will automatically generate an email report for each child’s results.

The reporting module endorses a parent’s encouragement and monitoring to maximise the benefits achieved by your children on the MyHomeTutor program.
